These terms cover the Safe Taleem app and this website. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to them. If you are using Safe Taleem for a child, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian.

The service

Safe Taleem is a learning app. The download is free. Some features are included. Others need premium. We may change, add, or remove features as the app grows.

Accounts

You need an accurate name and email. You are responsible for the password and the parent PIN. One kids login can hold more than one child profile. You are responsible for the profiles you add and for the videos you allow.

Premium

Premium is sold on this website, for the household tied to the account email. It covers the parent and the children on that account.

• Monthly premium is Rs 999 for one month.
• Yearly premium is Rs 9,990 for twelve months.
• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and may change before a new purchase. A change does not shorten time you have already paid for.
• PayFast is the planned payment company. Checkout is not taking payments yet. Submitting the premium form does not charge you and does not turn premium on.
• When checkout is live, EasyPaisa and JazzCash need your approval for each payment. A card may renew for the next period if you leave renewal on. You can ask us to stop renewal before the next charge by emailing protonpostech@gmail.com.
• Premium ends when the paid time ends, or if we cancel it for misuse. The free parts of the app remain.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break access controls, upload unlawful content, or use another person’s account. Parents choose videos that are suitable for their children. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of child photos and messages you send. You give us permission to store and display them so the app and support can function. Learning content we provide stays ours or our licensors’.

Third parties

Allowed videos may play through YouTube. Payments, once connected, are processed by PayFast and the wallet or card network you choose. Their terms apply to that part of the transaction.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as available. Learning content is for practice at home and is not a school, medical, or religious ruling. We are not liable for loss caused by a service interruption, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Account deletion

You may request deletion at any time on the account deletion page. Deletion removes access to the account and its premium time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
